Sonic to Introduce Pickle Juice Drinks This Summer

Fast food establishments have been adding a lot of unusual items to their menus in recent years, and now it looks like Sonic is stepping up.

Food & Wine Magazine is reporting that the Oklahoma City-based fast food franchise will roll out new a pickle juice snow cone slushy in June. Sonic says that the refreshment is actually a sweet slush with pickle juice. Simple enough.

A few of the folks from Food & Wine tasted the drink and said it's actually quite sweet and not bitter like you may have expected.
