See What Cult Movie Netflix Is Turning Into A Series

That's right 2001's "Wet Hot American Summer" is being turned into a Netflix 8 episode series.

Filming for the series started this week, and the best part is that the cast is returning as well. Other stars include Michael Ian Black, Judah Friedlander, Ken Marino and Michael Showalter, who wrote the original movie with David Wain. Wain will direct the limited series, which doesn't yet have a release date.

When the movie was first released it made $17,000 in it's opening weekend, and only totaled $292,000, which makes it a pretty big flop.
