Over $10K Worth of Heroin Found Hidden in Baby Crib
A Dutchess County woman is facing multiple felonies following the execution of a search warrant.
On Friday a search warrant was executed in the City of Poughkeepsie on Thompson Street.
The search warrant resulted in the discovery of over 35 grams of heroin with a street value of over $10,000, which was found hidden in a baby crib.
Investigators also seized over a half pound of marijuana, numerous marijuana vape cartridges, in addition to scales, packaging equipment, and U. S. currency.
Jada E. Christiani, age of 22, of Poughkeepsie was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance third-degree, both Class B felonies, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Christiani was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, $200,000 bond.
