Man Pulls Out BB Gun During Domestic Dispute, Police Say

An Ulster County man land himself in handcuffs after allegedly pulling out a BB gun during a domestic dispute.

On Saturday, Saugerties Police responded to a 911 report of a domestic dispute at 27
Montgomery Street in the Village of Saugerties. The complainant reported to police that 21-year old Juan Vincent grabbed a gun and pointed it at the complainant.

Investigation determined that the gun was a BB gun and Vincent was charged with Menacing, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned in Saugerties Court and released on his own recognizance upon the Court issuing a Full Stay Away Order of Protection on behalf of the victim.
