Lost Elderly Woman on Scooter Gets 6 MPH Police Escort

At first glance you may think you are seeing an extremely low speed police chase, but that wasn't the case. This incident captured on video involved a lost elderly woman driving a scooter down a busy Washington highway, and a cop that just wanted to make sure the woman got home safely.

When Trooper Dave Hintz of the Washington State Patrol began receiving phone calls about an elderly woman traveling on a scooter down State Route 546, he knew just what to do.
