What are the chances it will strike near you?

Probably slim. In fact, the chances are astronomically slim. But where exactly do scientists feel the out of control space station is going to land?

CBS says China lost control of the Tiangong-1 space station in 2016. At first, scientists thought it would impact somewhere on Earth by late 2017. Now, the date has been changed to sometime between March 29 and April 9.

Should we duck for cover? Thing is, scientists can't pinpoint an exact location where the doomed space station will land. CBS is reporting that experts predict the site of impact to be between the 43° North and 43° South latitudes.

As you can see...the potential impact zone spans five continents, three oceans, as well as straddling both the North and south Hemisphere. Chances are you'll probably be okay.
