Bill de Blasio Draws Zero Percent in New Iowa Poll
Mayor Bill de Blasio had quite the rude awakening during his presidential campaign over the weekend.
The NY Post is reporting de Blasio drew zero percent in a new Iowa poll that ranked the crowded field of Democratic presidential hopefuls. de Blasio had been in Iowa campaigning and planned to attend a party fundraiser Sunday night in Cedar Rapids.
Former Vice President Joe Biden lead the poll with twenty four percent, and Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren placing seconf and third, with sixteen and fifteen percent respectively.
The poll was reportedly taken between June 2 and June 5.
So far, twenty four candidates have entered the race for the Democratic nomination.
