Beer Truck Backs Over, Kills New York Man

In a tragic twist of fate, a 68 year-old man was struck and killed when a beer truck backed into him Tuesday morning.

NBC says that the man was struck in a parking lot of a connivence store on Smithtown Boulevard in Long Island as the truck was reversing. NBC says the unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is uncertain if charges will be filed.
