Okay, who did it? Who keeps upsetting Mother Nature? This is certainly feeling like the winter that will never end. You might want to make sure you haven't put away your snow shovel or ice scrapers just yet. Wait, what am I saying, it's only been a week since the last snow storm, sigh.

Nor'easter number four is apparently on its way to the Hudson Valley.

According to the National Weather Service, Ulster and Dutchess are now under a Winter Storm Watch from 5 am on Wednesday, March 21 until 8 am on Thursday, March 22. Heavy snow is a possibility with total accumulations from 4 to 8 inches possible, with locally heavier amounts of up to 9 inches.

During this storm, you should plan on difficult travel conditions with reduced visibility throughout the day. Should there be any closings, cancellations, or delays, know that we will have the latest information for you in the Storm Center.
