If you missed this week's SportsCenter segment taking a humorous look at the CIA's basketball team, you can catch it right here.

We reported last week that ESPN’s fan correspondent, Reese Waters, recently visited the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park to highlight the Steels basketball team. The segment aired on Tuesday night's edition of SportsCenter.

In the clip, which was just posted to ESPN.com, Waters discusses the CIA players and the challenges they face balancing their demanding class schedule and playing in a league that's made up of other specific vocational schools. The Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference includes schools for pharmacy, forestry, for people learning to be shoemakers and even air traffic controllers.

Waters notes that many of the players a the Culinary Institute are offered to go pro even before they graduate, but "by five-star restaurants, not the Knicks or Lakers." What the team lacks in skill, they certainly make up for in spirit. The ESPN clip shows fellow students cheering on the team and getting the crowd going by doing pastry competitions during the half.

What do you think about the ESPN clip? Did you even know the Culinary Institute had sports teams before watching the segment?
