More than ever, choosing a healthier lifestyle is important. Thankfully, we are checking labels, ingredients and being more conscious of what we put into our bodies.
For the most part, we feel better when we do this. I have noticed that more vegan style options have been appearing the Hudson Valley.

Within the Hudson Valley, new businesses have been popping up. Over the past couple of months, we have welcomed several of them throughout different counties.
We can all agree that nothing is more important than small businesses in the Hudson Valley.
In Orange County, ARTBOXstudio in Montgomery and Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar in Middletown are set to open.
Sage Moon Botanical, Corey's Pickles and 88 Charles Street Restaurant also opened their doors and the community couldn't be any happier.
With new businesses opening and reopening, there is so much positivity happening in the Hudson Valley.
Thankfully we are here to witness it all and visit the new locations.
More than ever, visitors and local residents have been spending their time in the one of my favorite towns in the Hudson Valley.
Beacon has the coolest restaurants, unique local businesses, majestic waterfall, and most of all, beautiful hiking trails. It is now known as a "Mini Manhattan".
Beacon is known for having the only restaurant like this, on the East Coast.

You may notice new businesses when you drive past different locations, sometimes we check it out and other times we forget. For the most part, some local businesses have closed for a short amount of time but thankfully reopened. This community is always happy to hear good news of their favorite spots making a comeback.
This vegan, Beacon business recently re-opened their doors.
The Vegan Stuff is known for having "The most incredible vegan ice cream." With their plant based ingredients, I'm sure that eating ice cream has never tasted or felt this good. Their handmade products which are made from "scratch with love & plants."
The Vegan Stuff has vegan/ dairy free ice cream which is available in over 40 flavors, thankfully on rotation. They had their grand re-opening in March 2022.
Currently, they are open Thursday through Sunday from 12pm-6pm.
