There is a brewery right here in the Hudson Valley that has beer fans lining up for hours just for the opportunity to bring home a bottle of their small batch creations.

Evan Watson and his wife Emily moved to Fishkill in 2013, and began turning their small farm into a 100% sustainable brewery called Plan Bee Farm Brewery. Their goal was to grow and cultivate every single ingredient that goes into their beer. Because so much effort goes into handcrafting these small batches of beer, they have become highly sought after by fans from all over the country. Limited releases have known to cause traffic backups to the farm's summer stand, one of the few places Plan Bee actually sells their beers.

Evan may look a little familiar to the music fans out there, as he's toured the country and most recently appeared as a contestant on The Voice. Beer fans, however, have made Evan a rock star of the beer world, as Plan Bee has gained quite the "buzz" from the craft beer community.

We sample Flower City, Evan's unique twist on a Saison or Farmhouse Ale. He explains how his Fishkill version differs from the traditional Belgian Saison.
