See Styx at The Mid Hudson Civic Center Two Weeks from Tonight

This year marks the fortieth anniversary of WPDH, The Home of Rock and Roll, and we have been celebrating all year with some pretty awesome shows and events.  One of the best of them is coming to the Mid Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie on Sept. 23, only two weeks from tonight.  I'm talking about Styx, and what a show it is going to be.

I have only seen Styx once, and it was not that long ago.  It was the summer of 2015 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts with Tesla and Def Leppard.  While they were all great, Styx stole the show.  They looked amazing, sounded even better, and they had the audience up and dancing in their seats.  The song list was perfect.  It really was a great show.  I was sort of a Styx fan before the show.  I was a full fledged Styx fan after the show.  I can't wait to see them again.

The show is at 8 pm on Friday, Sept. 23 at The Mid Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie.  The WPDH crew will be there from 6-8 pm, signing people up for giveaways.  I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
