According to police, the man was driving while intoxicated without a driver's license. 

Police from the City of Newburgh responded to report of a property damage accident involving a vehicle into a house, according to a press release.

Once police arrived at the scene, they located the 2005 Lincoln Navigator that had struck the front porch of the house, causing extensive damage. Luckily there were no injuries reported.

The driver of the vehicle, Michael Waldo, 44, of Newburgh, NY was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (one count), Driving While Intoxicated (one count), and one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third-degree.

Waldo was transported to City of Newburgh Police HQ, where it was determined his blood alcohol content was .19%. Waldo was held pending arraignment in City of Newburgh Court Thursday.
