Out of the Darkness Walk 2015

The Dutchess and Ulster Out of the Darkness Walk to raise suicide awareness is this Sunday, September 27.  The walk is on The Walkway Over The Hudson, and you can register and check in on both the Highland side and the Poughkeepsie side.

Suicide is a serious matter, but the walks are a fun and healthy way to raise awareness, and to honor our loved ones.  One of my favorite events of the year is the Out of the Darkness Motorcycle run in May.  It's so heartwarming to see the community come together for a great cause.  Don't ride?  Then this Sunday's walk is perfect for you.
