A police officer from Niceville, FL received a report about a suspicious, dark colored pickup truck.

The officer discovered a truck matching the description stopped at a stop sign. The truck reportedly remained stopped there for 15 seconds.

The officer followed the truck as it swayed back and forth in the lane. Things turned really dangerous when the truck crossed the center lane of a major route and then entered the left turn lane. Suddenly, the driver decided to turn right and pulled the other direction, before stopping at the red light. Then, the driver turned to the right and ran over the median.

At that point the officer stopped the driver.

Police say that when questioned, the driver seemed very disoriented. NwfDailynews.com reports that the driver had vomited all over himself. The officer wrote in his report

He acted like he did not know and looked at the vomit on his pants and between the door and the seat.

The officer asked the driver for his license, registration and proof of insurance. So, what did the driver hand the officer instead?

A coupon to Ruby Tuesday's.

After going back and forth with the driver for several minutes (the driver handed the officer a second Ruby Tuesday's coupon), the officer had the man perform some field sobriety tests.

To no one's surprise, he failed.  The man blew a 0.219 and a 0.205.
