If you spend anytime diving in the Hudson Valley during the winter months, you are well aware that there are days when driving can be extremely dangerous. Some days, drivers have to deal with snow-covered roads, which can be hard to navigate. On really cold days, drivers might encounter the dreaded black ice, which is one of the scariest things a driver can experience behind the wheel.
