Hudson Valley Man Sues Donald Trump for $1 Billion, Claims Emotional Distress

Whether if you like Donald Trump or not, this is just absolutely ridiculous

Daily Mail is reporting that a Warwick, New York man is suing Trump for $1 billion (Yes, ONE BILLION dollars) because of emotional distress caused by Trump's campaign of 'intimidation, threats, and retaliation'.

A man named Louis Tafuto filed the papers Monday, claiming the Republican Presidential candidate intimidated voters. He is also accusing Trump for coercion of political activity, conspiracy against rights and interfering with the 26th Amendment guaranteeing the right to vote.

Tafulo is also reportedly suing Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence, and Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus. No word if they personally upset him as much a Donald Trump apparently did.

It's safe to say this guy won't see a single dime of this.
