Hudson Valley Man Charged For Possessing Child Pornography
A Hudson Valley man has been arrested for possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
Kevin J. Domer, 39, of Gardiner was arrested by New York State Police Wednesday, after police had conducted a search of his home. A search warrant was obtained due to an investigation by the Computer Crimes Unit.
A Press Release states, the investigation revealed that Domer was in possession of digital video depicting a female child less than 16 years of age engaging in a sexual performance. The child pornography was found on one of Domer's electronic devices.
Domer has been charged with one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was arraigned in the Town of Gardiner, and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on March 3rd.
