Forget about whether or not the groundhog saw his shadow. The question of the day is, 'Can I see my car?'

Much of the Hudson Valley received over eight inches of snow by Monday morning, with more coming down throughout the afternoon. The National Weather Service predicts much of the region will see 10 to 14 inches of accumulation by 7PM on Monday.
