CIA Grad’s Restaurant in NYC Makes Global List
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park is turning heads with his new restaurant.
Chef Danny Elmaleh, who graduated from the Culinary in 1995, has brought his restaurant brand 'Cleo' to New York City.
The restaurant is located in the Mondrian Park Avenue Hotel in New York City. It is the seventh Cleo Restaurant to open.
The restaurant was just featured on CNN's Hot New Global Restaurants for 2018.
Other locations include: Hollywood, L.A., South Beach, The Bahamas, Third Street, California, and Las Vegas.
His mostly Mediterranean-influenced plates are about sharing, and the restaurant promotes social dining.
