Boris’ Beer of the Week

This week's beer is Yonkers Brewing Company's Honey Blonde. Made with real Hudson Valley honey, this beer is a great way to begin to summon the flavors of Spring.  Malty, with just a touch of bitterness from the hops, the addition of honey rounds out the flavor with just the right touch of sweetness.  Never had honey in a beer?  This is a great one to start with, and it's my beer selection of the week at Half Time.  So that means you can grab a growler for half off and give it a try!
