Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Man Wanted on Burglary Charge

This week’s outstanding warrants have been posted on the New York State Police’s Facebook page. Here is just one of the individuals they are looking for, but they ask that all of us help spread the word.

New York State Police Troop K Poughkeepsie, are looking for 25-year-old Michael A. Spiak on a third degree burglary charge.  According to the New York State Police, Spiak is wanted by the State Police and the Town of LaGrange Court following a burglary investigation in the summer of 2015. Spiak was arrested in August of 2015. The Town of LaGrange Court issued a warrant ordering Spiak's arrest in October 2015, when he failed to appear for a court appearance. Spiak is believed to be in the Dutchess County area.
