More wet weather on the way for the Hudson Valley for Tuesday and then again Thursday and Friday.  A storm system will move along the eastern seaboard and will bring rain into the Hudson Valley.  Snow is expected in the Adirondacks.  That will lead to much colder weather and possible more snow for the later part of the week.

Tuesday expect rain to end by early afternoon or early evening for most parts of the region.  Temps will only get into the mid 40’s.  Then there will be cold and blustery weather for Wednesday with temps only in the mid 30’s.  Another storm brings more rain and possible snow for parts of the Hudson Valley Thursday into Friday.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Tuesday:  Rain, mainly before noon. High near 45.

Tuesday Night:  Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. Northwest wind 8 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Northwest wind 7 to 11 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 23.

Thursday:  Partly sunny, with a high near 37. A chance of rain and snow after 1pm.

Friday:  Rain likely. High near 44.
