Joakim Noah is known for his defense, rebounding, and hard work on the court.

Free throws? Not so much.

Actually, the Knicks center was a pretty good free throw shooter at one time, This year though, he's struggled to put it mildly. For the season, he's only shooting 41.7%.

Noah's struggles at the line were never more evident Monday night, when the New York Knicks were in Indianapolis to face the Pacers. 

Whether it's the "Oh my goodness!" from the announcer booth, or the look of pure embarrassment on Noah's face, this free throw is painful to watch.

Considering the Knicks paid this guy $72 million this year, you'd think he'd learn to shoot a little better?
