The Barn in Woodstock Is Rocking Into 2018

Every once in a while, it will occur to me that I should let our listeners in on cool stuff. Like Levon Helm Studios at The Barn in Woodstock. This is one of the coolest venues in the Hudson Valley, and they have some great shows coming up.

It all starts this Saturday night, Oct. 28 with a big Halloween party with Blue Chicken. Not familiar with Blue Chicken? They describe themselves as blues, rock, New Orleans music with a twist. Sounds like a fun night with great music. On Friday Nov. 3, Amy Helm presents Skylark: a Night of Songbirds, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real will be at The Barn on Nov. 18, and on Nov. 24 it's a celebration of Tom Petty's life and music with Moonlight Ride. The shows continue right into 2018 with The Zombies on March 9.
