Bardavon 1869 Opera House

The Bardavon in Poughkeepsie has announced the new Executive Director chosen to succeed longtime leader Chris Silva.

The Bardavon holds over 900 seats and is filled with historical information in Dutchess County, NY.

The Bardavon is one of the most beautiful and historic venues in the Hudson Valley, and they’ve had some great performers on their stage.

The folks at The Bardavon were kind enough to let us use some of their pictures so we could look back on past celebrations.

The Reel Expressions International Teen Film Festival is coming to the Bardavon 1869 Opera House in Poughkeepsie next Friday, June 15.

The legendary Bob Dylan is playing in Kingston on June 24.
