Police: Poughkeepsie Man Charged With Possession of Stolen Property
A Poughkeepsie man is facing felony charges, for allegedly possessing property reported stolen from vehicles.
Christopher T. Fidelman, 23, of Poughkeepsie, New York was arrested following an investigation.
Further investigation revealed that Fidelman was in possession of marijuana and items that had been reported stolen from vehicles.
Fidelman was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property fourth-degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property fifth-degree, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana fifth-degree.
Fidelman was arraigned in Wappingers Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
