Old Man Winter and Mother Nature are just not playing very nice with us this year. With the National Weather Service issuing a Winter Weather advisory from 10 pm tonight through 4 pm on Friday and the potential for some parts of the Hudson Valley to receive up to 8 inches of snow, the Leprechaun Convention has re-convened and have come to a decision.

For everyone's safety and convenience, they have decided to move St. Patrick's Day to Saturday, March 25 with the annual Paddy on the River at Waryas Park in Poughkeepsie from noon until five.
