The Hudson Valley community has been excited for this new eatery to open. We've been following along on social media and taking a look at the building when we would drive by it. As the building looked completed, we may have also noticed a coming soon sign in the window.

We can officially visit this new eatery in Ulster County and see what the excitement is all about!

Let's give a warm welcome to Soho Eatery HV who is now open at 1304 Ulster Ave in Kingston! On social media, we can see a sneak peek of what it looks like inside, some of the food options and more.

On September 25, 2026, Soho Eatery HV had their soft opening which allowed guests to see their hot and cold bar. They were also able to enjoy free samples of coffee.

A few days ago, they also made a post on social media highlighting,

"Our hot and cold bars are now open! Fill your plate with your favorites and pay by the pound. Come hungry! "

What Can We Experience At Soho Eatery HV In Kingston, NY?

On their website, Soho Eatery HV shared that they are also a deli, market and espresso bar! In addition to getting food from their cold and hot bar, they also have fridges where we can purchase drinks. 

Their sister is location next door and that's called YoYo Chicken!

Soho Eatery HV also shared that Mocha & Melt is opening inside of this building. This would be gelato, lattes and more.
