Their omnipresent radio ads ("Noah's Ark... the late night place to be!") as well as their deep ties to the Dutchess County community meant that the bar was known far and wide. Now it's available at a low price for a new owner to start the next chapter.

Mike Reed, the previous owner of Noah's Ark, unexpectedly passed away in August of 2022. Soon after, one of the Hudson Valley's favorite dive bars was listed for sale. The building, which was originally built in 1910, houses the bar on the first floor with multiple apartment units on the second floor. The most surprising thing about the listing may be the price.
