Hudson Valley Restaurants That Closed in 2017
Just like every year, we've seen many restaurants come and go in 2017.
Restaurants come and go. Some last for years, some maybe just a few months.
Here are some restaurants that closed their doors this year.
- 1
Pizzeria Uno Chicago Grill
Just before Thanksgiving, Uno's Chicago Grill in Poughkeepsie suddenly closed their doors. Employees were informed hours before, letting them know that the restaurant was closing. A sign on the door said: "Closed for rebranding."
- 2
Golden Corral
Golden Corral lasted just a few months in Poughkeepsie. The restaurant received very bad press from the getgo. Customers were involved in fights, as well as employees. There were also reports of overdoses that had occurred at the restaurant as well.

OSHO
Sadly, we lost Osho this year. The hibachi restaurant closed its doors this year, after struggling for some time. Once upon a time, Osho was the place to go for hibachi in the Hudson Valley. Many other establishments have popped up in the past few years, offering very similar menus.
