Local police are hoping by making these Hudson Valley wanted individuals “Facebook famous” you can help find them!

On Facebook, Kingston police said the most wanted list "is made possible because some people out there refuse to follow some basic rules.”

The following people are wanted by Kingston police. There photos can be seen above:

David Green was charged with promoting sexual performance by a child, grand larceny, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a weapon. The Kingston man is 6’0”, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Arthur W. Bulter Jr is wanted for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Bulter is listed at 6’0”, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is unknown.

Mark E. Lancaster is wanted for first-degree assault. The Kingston man is 6’1” 165 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Jessica E. Bessett is 5’4” with blonde hair and blue eyes. She’s charged with possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny. Her last known address is Troy.

Kahelik S. Dickson, from Van Etten, is wanted in Ulster County for strangulation, obstruction of breathing and harassment. He’s listed at 6’1” 175 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.

Qumari Hylton-Jackson is 5’8” 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The Kingston man is charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

Olman E. Rivera of Kingston is wanted for aggravated DWI. He’s listed at 5’6” 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Ashely M. Terbush is 5’7” with brown hair and blue eyes. She’s charged with two counts of forgery, criminal impersonation and criminal trespass.

Stephen D Kramer was last seen in the Albany area. The 6’0” 185 pound man is wanted for criminal mischief.

Kingston police added a few rules to follow so you don’t ever wind up on a most wanted list.

1 – Keep your hands to yourself!
2 – Keep your voice down. You can get your message across when you speak calmly.
3 – Treat others as you would like to be treated.
4 – If it’s not yours then don’t take it!
5 – Don’t over indulge in alcohol or other substances. It may cause you to forget/violate the rules 1-4.
6 – If you can’t remember the rules just ask yourself… “Would my mother be happy if I… (enter action here)? If the answer is “No” then don’t do it!
