Guy Dressed as Silver Surfer Rides the Streets of New York City [VIDEO]

Every year the Halloween costumes seem to get better and better.

Artist Jesse Wellens, who runs his own YouTube channel called PrankvsPrank, rode the streets of Manhattan dressed as the Silver Surfer. 

The normally unimpressed New York City crowd stopped to gawk and take pictures of the Marvel superhero as he rode by on his silver surf board.

The video already has over one million views after being uploaded October 30.
