More wet weather for Thursday in the Hudson Valley.  A frontal boundary remains stalled just south of the region and will stay that way through Thursday night.  There will be another disturbance moving through our area Thursday, this will touch off more showers and isolated thunderstorms. There is a chance of some locally heavy rain.

For Thursday, it will remain muggy and rainy.  Temps will be near 80.  Good news, it will dry out Thursday night into Friday.  Friday, a ridge of high pressure will take control of the Hudson Valley’s weather.  The bad news, the humid weather will stay through the weekend.

Thursday:  Scattered showers and a chance of a thunderstorm.  Early morning patchy fog. Otherwise, mostly cloudy with a high near 79.

Thursday night:  Mostly cloudy, low around 64.  There is a slight chance of showers or thunderstorms.

Friday:  Mostly cloudy, high near 79.  A slight chance of showers early.

Saturday:  Mostly sunny, high near 80.
