If you have prior DWI  convictions and a revoked driver's license, maybe you should think twice before jumping behind the wheel while drunk.

State Troopers responded to a 911 call of a one-car collision that occurred on Route 7 in Columbia County. Once troopers arrived, they found the driver of the car, who identified himself as "Lane." Following an investigation, it was determined that Lane was intoxicated at the time of the collision, authorities said.

Lane's B.A.C. was .21 percent, more than two times the legal limit, New York State Police said. Lane was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, both felonies.

Lane was charged with felony DWI because of a prior conviction from 2011, according to a press release.

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, and is due back in court at a later date.
