A Poughkeepsie woman landed herself in cuffs following a bank fraud investigation. 

On October 18th, 2016, State Troopers were dispatched to the TEG Federal Credit Union in LaGrange for a fraud investigation. the investigation found that Martina Robinson, 25, of Poughkeepsie cashed four forged business checks at several branches of the TEG Federal Credit Union.

The branches included LaGrange, Fishkill, Hyde Park, and the Town of Wappingers. All of the bank transitions took place on October 18th, 2016 and totaled over $13,000.

Robinson turned herself into police and was arraigned and sent to Dutchess County Jail $2,500 cash bail, or $5,000 secured bond.

Robinson was charged with three counts of Grand Larceny in the third-degree, four counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument in the second-degree, and one count of Grand Larceny in the fourth-degree, all felonies.
