5 Gems of Hudson Valley Craigslist
I have once again scoured through local Craigslist ads and found some winners (or maybe losers) to bring to your attention. So, if you are looking for some obscure items, look no further: I have them right here.
Free Standing Commode
This is a very useful and necessary item for someone who needs it. However, my issue with this one is it being "slightly used." What does that mean, and how used is "slightly used"? Would you use something that someone else's bare butt has been on?
Someone else has given up on the workout craze. They have decided that they would rather give this thing away than have a reminder staring at them that they have not been working out. They want to pass all of that fun on to you.
These are two TVs that you would find in either a prison or out in the middle of nowhere. My favorite part, though, is that they may or may not work. Like the owner hasn't taken the 20 seconds to plug them in to check. If they do work, great: you have a TV. If not, you have something you can drop off the roof or throw and watch them break. So either way, could be fun.
Most of us think cacti (yes, that is the plural of cactus) live in the desert and therefore in sand. So I thought they were posting a bag of sand. Turns out cactus soil is a real thing and you can have your very own unopened bag of food for your small, prickly friends, if you are willing to pick it up.
Thanks to the last post of cactus soil, you can now keep these guys fresh and alive, although I hear they are tough to let die. So if you would like to hurt and bleed any time you touch it, pick these up and give your house a Southwestern feel.
