3 from Orange County were arrested after police say a search warrant led to the discovery of 100 packets of heroin.

Monday members of the Port Jervis City Police Department, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, and Orange County Special Operations Group executed a “No-Knock” Port Jervis City Court ordered search warrant at an apartment at 9 Jones Street.

Mary White, 33, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, with intent to sell, a class B felony. White was was arraigned in City Court and
remanded to Orange County Jail without bail pending further court appearances.

Arnold Lee Vandunk, 39, and 37-year-old Nekita Vandunk were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Both were released on their own recognizance to appear in City Court at a future date.

The investigation and arrests were the result of a several month undercover narcotics investigation into complaints of the illicit sales of heroin in the City of Port Jervis.
