This may be the stupidest news story of the day.

In another bit of news that serves as a sad reminder that humanity may not have much longer,  Fox News is reporting that you can now name someone you know (and probably don't like very much) after a piece of Food Network host Guy Fieri's hair.

Why would anyone want to do this? Well, there are some strange people out there....and the Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives host has his cult group of devoted followers.

Yes, an actual website called Fieri's Follicles lets you name a strand of Fieir's spiked hair or piece of his bleached goatee after a friend of loved one. Prices range anywhere from five to twenty dollars, and payments can be made by PayPal or credit card if you're really curious.

If this wasn't odd enough, Fox says that each purchase will come with a certificate from the Fieri Follicle Federation those seeking authenticity.

One good bit of news is that the proceeds will go to Feiri's non-profit organization, Cooking for Kids.

This makes this story a little less tragic.
