What Is The Best Halloween Candy?

It's estimated that $2 billion dollars is spent each year on Halloween candy. What will be the favorite for this years trick-or-treaters? A new poll has the answer.

Ranker.com, a website that specializes in crowd-sourced rankings, set out to find the favorite Halloween treat. Over 29 thousand votes were cast for 52 different types of candy.

When it was all counted up ---- Reese's Peanut Butter Cup was deemed the country's favorite Halloween candy. Twix placed second, followed by Kit Kat, Snickers (my favorite), and Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins rounded out the top five.

The poll also showed that Twix was the favorite candy among women.

Baby boomers put M&M's and Mike & Ike's in their top 10 lists. Millennials placed Nestle Crunch and York Peppermint Patty in their top five .

Bit-O-Honey finished last at No. 52. Boston Baked Beans was the second to last.
