  • Average Sunny Days per Year - 10.0%
  • Cost of Living Grade - 10.0%
  • Crime & Safety Grade - 10.0%
  • Residents 65 Years Old and Over - 10.0%
  • Access to Doctors - 5.0%
  • Access to Restaurants - 5.0%
  • Higher Education Rate - 5.0%
  • Housing Grade - 5.0%
  • Retirees Below Poverty - 5.0%
  • Winter Average Low Temperature - 5.0%
  • Winter Average Snowfall - 5.0%
  • Access to Golf - 2.5%
  • Access to Grocery Stores - 2.5%
  • Access to Libraries - 2.5%
  • Access to Recreation/Fitness Facilities - 2.5%
