Winter in New York can be brutal, but it can also be fun. There are lots of things you can do to embrace the season. And one of those things is happening this Saturday, Jan. 27 in Roscoe.

It's the third annual Third Annual Trout Town Winterfest at Roscoe Beer Company, 145 Rockland Road in Roscoe, from noon - 8 pm. A whole day of winter fun and delicious beer. This year the ice carvers back doing live sculpting, plus live music with The New Kings and Hillbilly Parade. There will be fun activities for the whole family with games, horse drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing and even a snowman contest. There will also be a large bonfire and hot coco to keep you warm. Then stick around for the after party which will kick off at 5 pm.
