A new restaurant opening in the Hudson Valley will be holding auditions for sexy servers. Do you have what it takes?

Last week it was announced that the Tilted Kilt would be moving into the old Bugaboo Creek location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie near the Galleria Mall. The Hooters-like restaurant chain is marketed mostly to men who want to see hot girls in skimpy outfits.

But just how does one become a "Kilt Girl?"  According to their website, the Tilted Kilt holds auditions to help determine what type of "local talent" each franchise has to choose from.  Their careers page describes just the kind of women they're looking for:

Are you the Bombshell Next Door, next Hollywood Hottie or a Country Cutie?... Be a part of the “Best Looking Sports Pub You’ve Ever Seen”

Although it's not clear what women must do at each audition, the website says it's the best way for them to evaluate each candidate's qualifications.

Imagine trying to land a role in a Hollywood movie or sexy fitness calendar; you want to look and act your best! These auditions are just the same. To land the role, you gotta play it up, girl!  Grab your favorite outfit, glam up your hair and make-up and visit a franchise location today for an audition.  You may end up being the next calendar cover girl!

Clearly, actual waitressing skills take a back seat to looks, since there's not one mention of previous experience required. What they do say is necessary to obtain a position at the Tilted Kilt is "enthusiasm, personal appearance and personality."

To give you an idea of what, er, "personality" they're looking for, here's a look at some of the Tilted Kilt servers from across the country.

If this looks like the job you were born for, you might not want to quit your current position just yet. The restaurant chain notes that most servers also hold other jobs or attend college while working as waitresses. Oh, and "hot guys" are also welcome to apply... but only for positions as a bartenders, bar-backs or busboys.

So do you think you have what it takes to work at the Tilted Kilt? Official auditions haven't been scheduled yet, but you can sign up in advance on their website.
