Police: Man Fondled Two Women at Hudson Valley Campgrounds

A 25-year-old man is accused of touching two females breasts at a campground in the Hudson Valley.

Andrii V. Liakhovetskyi, of North Royalton, Ohio was charged with forcible touching.

Monday, New York State Police at Ellenville responded to the CYM Camp located on State Route 209 in the Town of Wawarsing for an alleged assault investigation.

Police say their initial investigation revealed two females walking to the bathroom on the campgrounds were approached by a male subject who touched their breasts.

Further investigation revealed that Liakhovetskyi, who was also staying at the campgrounds, was going to the bathroom when he saw the two females in question. He then allegedly put his hand out touching the breast of each female as they were walking away from him.

Liakhovetskyi was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wawarsing Court on July 8.
