My Lost Treasure: ZZ Top

The theme on My Lost Treasure this summer is transportation.  We did trains.  We did planes.  We did cars.  And now we're doing buses.  I couldn't do songs about buses without including this one.

I love old ZZ Top.  I realize they became more popular in the 80s with their signature sound, but I love the bluesy guitar sound of the older stuff.  Today's song definitely fits into that category.  And it fits our theme.

By the way, if you're a ZZ Top fan, you'll be excited to know that Billy Gibbons will be releasing his first ever solo album on October 23.  It will be called Perfectamundo, and I hear it will have some Latin influences, and include a couple of very cool blues covers.  Looking forward to it.  Enjoy today's pick, and your weekend.
