‘Wild’ New Menu Items Announced Ahead of Islanders Home Opener
Just when we thought we'd seen/heard it all when it comes to ballpark, arena and stadium food this season, the New York Islanders have entered the chat...
If we thought that the Yankees announcing their dessert chicken bucket was the wildest food item we'd see at a game this year, think again.

New Culinary Options for New York Islanders
With the New York Islanders home opener set for Saturday 10/3, UBS Arena has given fans an idea of some of the new items to expect at concessions around the arena.
From a 'berry boba shake' that features popping boba and Swedish fish to a 'burrata boat' that takes tater tots to the next level with cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata, balsamic and basil, these don't even scratch the surface of some of the unique food items UBS will soon feature.
In Section 107 you'll find the 'Uncrustable pulled pork tostada' - yes, an actual PB&J Uncrustable, fried, and then topped with pulled pork, peanuts, BBQ sauce and scallions.
But wait, there's more. Would you consider trying a 'Nerds Gummy Cluster brie grilled cheese?' If the answer is YES, make sure you visit Section 220 Market for a 'sweet-and-savory twist on a classic grilled cheese, combining creamy brie and Nerds Gummy Clusters between toasted sourdough bread.'
