Hudson Valley Man Indicted for Killing Dog
A Hudson Valley man has been indicted for killing his roommate's dog.
Eric Napoli, 43, of Pine Bush was indicted for killing his roommate's 5-year-old Husky on April 16th of this year, as reported by the Record Online.
He's charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, which is a felony. He tied the dog to a tree and shot it twice with a shotgun. He then buried the dog in his yard.
The charges above are merely accusations and Mr. Napoli is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
