Gwar Return to The Chance Monday Night

Heavy metal band Gwar makes their return to The Chance in Poughkeepsie tonight (Sept. 14) 7pm with Butcher Babies, Battlecross, and Hyngd. The band from Richmond, Virginia has played the legendary Poughkeepsie club more than any other venue throughout their 30 plus year career, a total of 35 times!

The band's last studio album was 2013's Battle Maximus, which was the last album to feature vocalist Dave Brockie aka Oderus Urungus. Brockie died on March 23, 2014.
