Join me today for the Here Comes The Sun bike run to prevent suicide and to raise suicide awareness.  Registration is from 9-11am at P.C.'s Paddock, 273 Titusville Road in Poughkeepsie.

$25 for Rider or Event Guest / $40 for Couple
